      Agent locations are places where you can transfer or receive money using Western Union. Agent locations may be in supermarkets, grocery stores, check cashers, mailbox centers, drug stores, travel agencies, depots, and other retailers. In some countries, they may be in banks, travel agencies, post offices, airports, train, and bus stations, and currency exchange offices.

      2. How do I find a Western Union Agent location?

      You can find a nearby Agent location online or call our 24-hour automated Agent locator at 1-800-325-6000 (Español:

      3. Which services are offered at Agent locations?

      We offer several options for you to send money quickly and conveniently. Service availability may vary by Agent location.


      Money in Minutes1- Money is generally available for pick up in minutes

      Next Day2- Money is generally available for pick up within 24 hours

      Direct to Bank3- Money is deposited into a qualifying bank account within three banking business days

      1. Fill out the required form and show the Agent clerk your identification card and your Western Union Gold Card (If you don't have a Gold Card, ask how you can get one)
      2. Provide payment for your transaction plus fees with cash or your debit card with PIN (where available)

      6. What’s the difference between a debit card and a credit card?

      Credit cards let you buy something now and pay for it later. With a debit card, your bank deducts the cost of the item from your bank account.

      7. Will I be charged a cash advance fee?

      If you pay by credit card, over the phone or on the Internet, your credit card company may charge a fee. If you use your debit card, your bank usually doesn't charge a fee. Please contact your credit card company or bank for details on their policies.
