      1. How do I earn Reward Points?


      Simply send a qualifying transaction 1 with your Gold Card at a Western Union Agent location, at 1-800-CALL-CASH®, or online.

      Each time, you’ll earn 5, 10, or 15 Reward Points that you can redeem for service fee reductions2 or other exciting rewards.

      Plus, you’ll earn phone time3 - up to 10 minutes of U.S. calling or up to 3 minutes of international*+ calling.

      CALLS INITIATED FROM A PAY PHONE ARE SUBJECT TO A SURCHARGE OF 90¢. As of May 15, 2007, the maximum charge per minute for calls within the continental U.S. is 3.9¢. International rates differ according to destination; calls to cellular phones will be billed at higher rates. Rates are subject to applicable taxes and may change without notice. Calls to 700, 900 or certain toll-free numbers or operator-assisted calls may be blocked or charged at a higher rate.


      2. How do I check the number of Reward Points I have earned?

      Your total Reward Points are printed on your receipt after every qualifying transaction sent using your Gold Card.

      Call Western Union Customer Service at 1-877-984-0469 to check your Reward Points, any day, any time.


      3. How do I redeem my points for rewards?


      Check out the rewards on westernunion.com, then call customer service at 1-877-984-0469 to order the reward you want.

      Service fee reductions will be applied to the next qualifying transaction completed with your Gold Card.

      We’ll mail merchandise and gift cards to you in approximately two to three weeks.


      4. How do I use my Phone Time?


      Call 1-888-628-8862.

      Enter your PIN when prompted. (You can find your PIN on the back of your Gold Card)

      Dial the number you wish to call. A prompt will let you know how many minutes you have on your card and the amount you have for the specific number you dialed.

      Simply call again to hear how many minutes you have left.


      5. How do I use my Western Union Gold Card online?

      To use your Gold Card online simply sign in and enter your Gold Card number when completing a qualifying transaction.

      6. How do I use my Western Union Gold Card at an Agent location?


      Simply present your Gold Card every time you send a Western Union Money Transfer® or Quick Collect® transaction.

      Using the Gold Card makes your transactions fast and convenient, since your information is easily retrievable.

      Plus, you’ll earn phone time - up to 10 minutes domestic or up to 3 minutes international*+

      7. How can I earn rewards at an Agent location if I forget my Gold Card?


      The Agent clerk can look up your account using your telephone number.

      You will earn Reward Points and Phone Time with a qualifying transaction.


      8. How do I earn Phone Time?

      You earn U.S. or international Phone Time* every time you use your Gold Card to send a qualifying transaction. We'll load up to 10 minutes U.S. or 3 minutes international+ right onto your Card.

      9. How do I recharge my Phone Time?

      There are two ways to recharge your Card with additional Phone Time:
       
      With Cash

      Visit a participating Western Union Agent location and fill out a gray Prepaid Services form.

      Give the Agent clerk your completed form, your Gold Card, and the total amount due.

      The Agent will add the Phone Time you request in any amount from $10 to $100.

      We’ll give you up to 30 bonus minutes with recharges of $30 or more.

      There are no Western Union transaction fees for adding Phone Time
